First District Assistance Management System
Built for the Antipolo City First District Congressional Office, this system replaces fragmented Excel-based encoding with one role-protected staff workspace. It supports applicant lookup, structured application entry, duplicate and household review, payout workflows with auditable rescheduling, and privacy-conscious aggregate reports.

What I built
I built and deployed the shared operations system on Next.js, Supabase, and Vercel: server-paginated search and reports, a guided application form, duplicate and household review, and payout workflows with auditable rescheduling. Supabase Auth, Row Level Security, and private ID-photo storage keep the data restricted to staff accounts.

Migration and scale
I consolidated and validated 13,200+ historical applications from 23 legacy Excel files, with import previews, duplicate detection, compatibility mapping, and reconciliation checks for incomplete source data. Reporting uses aggregate figures only, so staff can understand program reach without exposing personal information.
